Mireille BARREAU has been a Stress Management Consultant since 2004.
Sophrologist trainer, she specialized on sleeping disorders since 2008.
She first discovered Sophrology by practicing sport in competition (Athletics and Handball).
After 10 years in Marketing and Communication including many years in expatriation (South Africa, England and the Netherlands), she decided it would become her job. She currently works with businesses as well as individuals that she receives in her cabinet located in Paris.

In 2008, she developed a successful program for the prevention of sleep disorders in companies in several international organizations such as the European Patent Office. Other organizations such as the European Space Agency, Médecins sans Frontières ... have also benefited from these interventions.

She conducts conferences and trainings with major international groups such as ING, LVMH, INSEAD, NESTLE, BOUYGUES, EADS, EUTELSAT, MICHELIN on topics related to sleep, quality of life at work (especially for populations exposed to alternating hours or night shifts) and psycho-social risks including Burn-out.

She advises and assists CEOs and management groups on "Sleeping well", particularly within the APM as an Expert. Since 2013, this approach has benefited more than 2000 managers and managers.

She is part of the team of speakers of the National Institute of Sleep and Vigilance, The European Sleep Center and the Pilèje Foundation, Health Prevention.

She trains sophrologists, medical and paramedical staff in Europe and England on sleep disorders, burn-outs and stress management.

She co-developed with Dr. David O 'Hare a Paced Breathing online training dedicated to sleep for medical and para-medical practitioners to promote non-drug management of Insomnia.

She followed a 4-year training program (Master Specialist Prevention) and obtained a diploma of Sophrology applied to professionals issued by the University of Lille 2 - Law and Health. She is trained in Paced Breathing and also practices Mindfulness techniques.
